Michael Jackson dazzled thousands of fans one more time in the premier of “This Is It,” the film that pays tribute to the late singer’s life and music. The film opened in Los Angeles London and other major cities. It begins with Jackson’s hand-picked singers and dancers talking about working with the superstar, then dives into his hit “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’.” In LA, which hosted the celebrity premier Will Smith, Jennifer Lopez and the singer’s brothers, Jermaine, Tito, Jackie and Marlon walked the red carpet with a slew of other stars. Hollywood royalty Angelina Jolie has been confronted by her scandalous past in a new book that claims she slept with her mother’s boyfriend when she was 16-years-old and working as a young model. Jolie has never apologized for her past, and has acknowledged that she was wild and uninhibited as a youth. ”Twilight” star Robert Pattinson says took inspiration from 1950s teen heartthrob James Dean for his role in ‘Twilight’. TheImproper noted the similarities in an article in August. Rob’s looks and career trajectory are very similar to two early film icons, Dean and Marlon Brando. “I tried copying James Dean’s accent just because I’ve always wanted James Dean’s voice. Michael Jackson’s posthumous career officially gets underway this week with the release of his new album, This Is It, which will test the King of Pop’s marketability in death. Millions of fans are also expected to see the hastily assembled “This Is It” movie, which hits theaters, Wednesday (Oct. 28). The movie contains footage from Jackson’s last rehearsals before he died. Lady Gaga, who is known for the outrageous costumes she wears during concerts, has some big surprises in store for fans during her upcoming “Monster’s Ball” tour next month. The flamboyant “Paparazzi” singer is going to take her fashion inspiration from tour’s theme. “The fashion is going to be another exploration and another level from where we were with the previous tour, the “Fame Ball,” she says.
