Teen pop trio The Jonas Brothers say they took no offense to host Russell Brand’s teasing at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards on Sept. 7. Brand, a comedian who starred in the film Forgetting Sarah Marshall, mocked the band over the purity rings they wear to symbolize their intent to remain virgins until they marry. “It’s cool to see that he recognizes we are gentleman,” said Nick, 15.
