Cycling champion Lance Armstrong will emerge from retirement and race for an unprece- dented eighth Tour de France title in 2009, reports VeloNews. Armstrong, who turns 37 on Sept. 18, will compete in the Amgen Tour of California, Paris-Nice, the Tour de Georgia, the Dauphine-Libere and the 2009 Tour de France.
